Meet Timba - a vegan jerky from Benny Cristovao that you will love. For the production of the mushroom jerky, he chose oyster mushrooms grown on his family farm in the Drahan Highlands. Dried mushrooms are not only a tasty snack, but also an organic and sustainable food source full of nutritional value. They will delight you with tons of important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but also with their low calorie content.
At first glance, you can't tell mushroom jerky from its meat counterpart. But after tasting it, you'll know - the vegan version will put the meat version in your pocket. Timba mushroom jerky is perfectly flavoured and its consistency is much softer. So you can say goodbye to the feeling that you are chewing hard pieces like a sole for good.
