Enjoy the taste of ripe peaches at any time of the year! Freeze-dried peaches are a treasure among dried fruits that will enchant you with their sweet taste, crispness and the fresh aroma of fresh fruit. Thanks to the gentle drying method (freeze-drying), the fruit retains its original nutrients, vitamins and properties such as colour, taste and aroma. Freeze-dried fruit has a much longer shelf life than fresh fruit, usually 1-1,5 years. You don't have to eat a bag full of fragrant peach slices in one sitting, but thanks to the resealable packaging, you can store them for later and the fruit will still remain perfectly crisp.  

Dried peaches have a wide range of uses:

individually as a nutritious snack full of fibre
suitable for muesli, breakfast cereals and yoghurt
Due to its nature, it can also be used in RAW recipes

Do you know how freeze-drying works?

In the drying chamber, the fresh fruit is deep frozen down to -100 °C. Then comes the first drying phase. The temperature is raised back to zero and, thanks to a vacuum of 50 to 100 Pa, the water contained in the fruit is gradually evaporated and collected in the condensing chamber. The last part of the freeze-drying process removes the remaining moisture and gives the fruit its crisp consistency. Approximately 6-7 kg of fresh fruit are used per 1 kg of freeze-dried fruit.
